Max Frankum, M.D.
Senior Manager
Dr. W. Max Frankum is an Emergency Physician, Veterinarian and Foreclosure Specialist. Dr. Frankum is in active medical practice as Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas Medical Associates, PA. He is the recipient of the American Medical Association’s Physician Recognition Award with Special Commendation. He has served as Hospital Chief of Staff and was named Baptist Hospital’s Physician of the Year. Dr. Frankum is a member of Stonebriar Community Church and is an active mentor in both real estate and medicine. Dr. Frankum has been helping families with real estate matters since 1993.

Nicki Rodgers
Managing Director
Ms. Rodgers has eighteen years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, where she has held positions as a mortgage underwriter and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Rodgers has been honored both professionally and personally for her achievements in these positions. Ms. Rodgers is one of the founding board members for The Miracle League local chapter, is extensively involved with the Special Olympics, and holds a USA volleyball coaching certificate.
